What We Do
& How We Do It
We offer full and partial restoration options.
Full restoration denotes the extraction and transportation of your windows to a private shop, where they can be fully restored. This is our most highly recommended option. With this option your windows will perform as if new and last for generations to come.
Partial restoration denotes minor restoration of on-site and off-site details, for windows in more or less good condition, but could use some work. This option is designed to accommodate for the client’s specific needs and budget.
We employ a small, local, and highly skilled team enabling us to expedite production and work on multiple buildings simultaneously. Our place of operation is at Squire Millwork of Machias, Maine, with whom we intimately collaborate.

Old timers referred to a single pane of glass a “light,” and a classic sash configuration is the six-over-six double-hung window—twelve lights in total.
Coupled with the profound influence the number twelve holds in our daily lives and in deeper economic, political, and spiritual spheres, it became exceedingly clear that this number deserved to be honored in the name of our company: Twelve Lights Window Restoration.
